Walk-ins, not an online reservation
The website’s FAQ says it currently takes walk-ins only, despite an appointments form elsewhere on the page. Call 519-645-1010 if you need to check the wait or fit in several cuts. Submitting a general enquiry form does not confirm a reserved chair.
The menu lists haircuts, line-ups, hair and beard, children’s cuts and seniors’ cuts. It explicitly says it does not currently cut women’s hair. Prices and the seniors’ age threshold are not published, so ask for the quote and eligibility in person or by phone.
Use the London hours
London hours are Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–6:30 p.m., Saturday 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.–5 p.m. The St. Thomas schedule is different. If bringing a child, tell the shop how many people need cuts and check whether the current queue suits your timing.
