Salon Entrenous stylist levels and inclusions
Junior, intermediate and senior refer to stylist experience, with different cut-and-style prices. Services generally include consultation, shampoo, scalp massage and a blowdry finish. Toner is an exception: cutting or blowdry is charged separately.
Root touch-ups, partial highlights, full highlights and balayage are separate appointments. Face-frame highlights are limited to 12-15 foils. Virgin balayage and retouch bookings have different prices. First-time on-scalp bleach and colour correction require a consultation; HST is extra.
Students, extensions and private appointments
Western and Fanshawe students receive 15% off haircuts, subject to the chosen stylist’s pricing and availability. Check ID requirements when reserving. The front desk can match a child’s age and needs to a stylist.
Great Lengths extensions begin with a consultation and quote. Wedding enquiries can include off-site styling. Request a private room when booking if needed.
Booking and cancellation
Walk-ins depend on availability. Changes and cancellations require 24 hours’ notice; missed or late-cancelled appointments carry a $75 fee, or $125 on holiday weekends.
